GML Construction Limited was established in 1991 as a privately owned, limited company with its Head Office located in Horsmonden in Kent. Originally the business specialised in the provision of full design and build modular building solutions, offering both sale and hire contract options to clients. However, this quickly expanded to include Timber Frame construction, of which GML has over 15 years of experience. We are now a leading provider of design and build solutions for ever increasingly complex structures which can incorporate other materials such as glass and metal according to client requirements. GML is frequently engaged to advise on the use of Timber Frames and to help value engineer a project from the outset. Today GML is able to offer a full range of building methods including brick-and-block, timber frame, steel frame and modular construction. We have also developed extensive knowledge and expertise in energy efficient, environmentally friendly and sustainable building methods and technologies. Current projects incorporate elements such as sedum roof systems, straw bale walls, grey water recycling and thermal heating/cooling systems. Originally focused on the South East, GML has expanded its geographical coverage to include most of South and Central England. Over the years GML has gained an excellent reputation for delivering high quality buildings, on time and to budget in partnership with our clients. |
