Using it allows added benefits for future expansion or relocation. We can also create the exterior appearance of buildings to meet customer preferences, including cedar cladding, brick and Stoneflex.
Build and hire optionsWe can offer all our modular buildings on a purchase or hire basis with costs tailored to suit individual budgets. The building option and finishes chosen can be tailored to each project's specific needs, whether it is a long-term building solution or solving a short-term problem. The cost of a GML modular building can be matched to the budgets allocated, whether buying a new building, hiring a modular unit for a temporary period or the requirement is for a portable or mobile building that can be relocated by our specialist teams. GML Construction will also buy-back modular units when they are no longer required, allowing some costs to be recovered, making modular buidlings an even more viable solution. |
